Pinan Yondan平安四段

Pinan Yondan (平安四段, "Peaceful Mind – Fourth Level") is the fourth Pinan kata. It is longer and more demanding than the earlier forms, combining open-hand techniques, kicks and the first sustained use of combination sequences. Known in Shotokan as Heian Yondan.
